Simply add RailAid at the time of train ticket purchase, and you will be automatically covered with all the benefits of RailAid, including:
Trip changes and cancellations
RailAid allows for ticket changes or a cancellation credit for any reason within the first 48 hours after purchase and changes or cancellation for specific reasons up to the train’s departure time.*
Trip Interruption
In the event of a strike, loss or theft of a Eurail/InterRail pass, RailAid provides credit for the unused portion a ticket or pass if a traveler must cancel or interrupt their trip for a specific reason.*
